Since 2019 Olby has extended Hapana's engineering and design teams and helps ensure their products scale globally. Through Hapana's technologies, owners can access their entire business from anywhere, process payments securely, manage billing processes, manage class scheduling (including virtual classes), and monitor revenue, retention, and payroll. The platform also offers a Fitness Tracking tool, which allows professionals to monitor the health of their students more closely. The software is a simple, fast, and intuitive way of automating fitness business operations, increasing revenue, and nurturing client relationships.

Mobile and Web Experiences

Our journey with Hapana started with designing their brand-new mobile experience. We've redesigned their iOS and Android apps from scratch, enhancing the user experience based on their industry expertise. After that, our engineers joined the party to tackle the new mobile apps development scaling their existing tech teams in India, Australia, and the US – and becoming part of a real global team. 

Despite tight deadlines and many releases, our team delivered high quality on time. The initial projects built the trust needed, and Hapana brought more challenges. Over the last years, Hapana has scaled its design, web, DevOps, API, and architecture tech teams with Olby.
